Technical Questions

What program do I use to watch the videos?

All our videos are in WMV format which means that you need to use Windows Media Player to watch them. We use Windows Media Format because the Microsoft Media Player is on every Windows machine and Windows is installed on almost every computer.

We suggest using the latest version of the Windows Media Player (Version 10) which you can download for free from Microsoft HERE.

Why do I need to upgrade my version of Media Player?
Older versions of Microsoft Media Player may not be able to handle the technology used to encode and encrypt our videos. If you are having any problems with the videos we suggest first upgrading your media player to the latest version. This will solve 95% of all problems.
